Campo Ceni, Chianti by Ricasole

May 19, 2009

This Tuscan Indicazione Geografica Tipica Chianti brings a superlative nose of strawberries and raspberries. A refreshing, lighter body red, doesn’t lack any character and satisfies with red berries on the palate and its playful acidity. The tannins are smooth and the finish is of medium plus length, riding on red fruit and a touch of wood. A Chianti that drinks very well with food or all on its own. Although it does not add to the wine itself, the label is very attractive and flamboyant. At least it will hold your attention.
